At the core of Tsim Sha Tsui, strategically located at the junction of Nathan Road, Granville Road and Carnarvon Road, the new club will better meet the needs of its existing members, as well as anyone seeking a world-class workout experience.

The new club at The ONE provides the added convenience of three consecutive floors, from Level 9 to Level 11, spanning more than 40,000 square feet. Not only does it overlook Kowloon Park and Victoria Harbour, but it is also surrounded by top international brands, plus lifestyle and entertainment facilities such as restaurants and a cinema.

The contemporary interior design allows natural light to penetrate throughout the club, creating an energetic, yet comfortable workout environment for members. The new club houses more than 200 machines including a variety of cardio, resistance and free weight training equipment. Amongst which, 40 pieces are brand new including Kick-fit Ring, Medicine Balls, X Rack Dumbbells, Steppers and Total Body Trainers.

In addition to a spacious Group X^® studio and a Spinning^® studio, there are also dedicated areas for Personal Training, Kick Fit and stretching. All of these state-of-the-art facilities, combined with the club's great team of staff and certified trainers, are to assure the members of an unmatched workout experience.
